How do I listen to my own music?

This video may help with some general but lesser known features of the device.

An upcoming update will make this process much easier. For now, go into the game's Options Menu by touching the hand icon in the upper right corner. Slide the volume slider all the way to the left and the OFF text will turn red. This lets you know that the volume is off. Exit out of the app, start your own music, and relaunch the app - there you go! All the Tangram Puzzle Pro fun with the music you want!

If you want to listen to the Tangram Puzzle Pro music again, just go into the Options Menu and slide the volume up; your music will fade out and ours will fade in.

I was downloading your app, and now it's stuck at halfway, and greyed out on my iPhone/iPod Touch. How can I fix this?

This occurs when a download or syncis interrupted and does not complete properly. This is Apple functionality, and the only way we've found to fix this is to sync with iTunes via your PC or Mac. This should either finish the install properly or get rid of it so that you can reinstall the app.

How do I flip the parallelogram?

You don't! All puzzles in Tangram Puzzle Pro have been designed to eliminate the need to flip the parallelogram. We designed it this way primarily for ease of use.

Is there a faster way to get shapes out of the tray?

You bet! Simply shake your iPhone or iPod Touch, and the shapes will fly out of the tray onto the play surface. It's a pretty cool veteran move that will let you solve puzzles faster than all your friends!

Will you be adding more puzzles?

Yes! We just released an update that added over 200 new puzzles, and are aiming to release new puzzles regularly going forward. We will also be addressing any serious bugs and looking at updating features if demand is strong enough. If you have suggestions on how to improve the game, please contact ryan@theembassyvfx.com.

I have found a puzzle that cannot be solved.

Our testing team has confirmed that every puzzle in the game can be solved. Unfortunately we don't have the bandwidth to reply to users individually with hints. If you are having problems with a particular puzzle, persistence will pay off.

Hint: The two small triangles can be used to form the square or the parallelogram.

I liked the old music. Can you put it back in, or just include both songs?

Due to file size constraints, we need to ensure our app stays small enough that people can download it wirelessly. A single song file currently takes up about half of our file size, so we just don't have room to include multiple songs, and we have to make sure our song file is small so that we have room to add more puzzles.

We have tried to make it easier for you listen to your own custom music, as we know music is very subjective, and we won't be able to find a song everyone likes.

What's the difference between the iPhone version and the PC version?

There are actually quite a few differences between the two versions. These are just a few of the features exclusive to Secret Garden:

• Many more puzzles - Secret Garden has 1,000 in total!
• Full 3D environment, complete with moving water and animals (2D version available for slower computers)
• Relaxing nature sounds
• Ranking system lets players progress from Wanderer to Pro
• Save slots for up to 5 players

What are the system requirements?

We recommend at least 448MB RAM with a 64MB video card on a machine running Windows XP or Vista. However, you can change settings in the game's menu that will make it run better on older or slower machines. We've tried to give you a lot of flexibility to easily optimize the game to run on your PC.

Is there a Mac version?

We may release a Mac version if demand is great enough, so all you Mac users out there who want to play the game, drop us a note and let us know!

I can't complete this puzzle. Help! (and other variations)

We have verified many times that every puzzle in the game can be solved. A lot of them can be very challenging, but with persistence, you'll figure it out!

I downloaded and installed the game, but now I can't find it.

The install process will automatically place a shortcut to the game on your desktop. The icon is yellow and green, and labeled Tangram Puzzle Pro. You can also launch the game by going to your Start Menu, Programs, Tangram Puzzle Pro.

I clicked on the Try Now link, but the page won't load (or is loading too slowly).
